As many of you have probably figured out....I'm a little slow when it comes to posting updates! These photos are from our snow days (yes, way back in January!!)
What is a snow day without attempting to sled down some local hill. In our case, it was at a park down the street (and around a few corners) from us. Many other locals had the same idea, so it was a bit crowded but we had lots of fun. The girls enjoyed seeing how fast they could go...and Sam was enthralled with it all.

Sam loved going down the hill (and up as well). I have to admit, I would have left him in the jogger to be a mere spectator....but Jared thought he needed the opportunity to be a dare-devil. Which he (and Jared) quite enjoyed. After his first time down we asked him if he wanted to go again, he answered "Yeah"...which is "yes" in Sam lingo.

Jared put him on the sled to pull him to the top. It took a couple tries for him to get the hang of it, but after that he was a pro. Once the sled landed at the bottom of the hill, Sam would promptly stand up and then plop himself down on the sled. He was less than willing to leave when we headed home!

Not sure who was driving this sled!

Hallie even got the hang of the broiler pan (our make shift sled)....which believe it or not was quite speedy....and would kick you off if you weren't careful!

Sam's favorite seat was in the front...which I thought was a little risky, but Jared assured me otherwise.
